In 2005 we introduced the Cronus brand name for chromatography consumables encompassing syringe filters, HPLC columns, vials and more. This move was in direct response to requests from independent distributors who are finding increasing competition from inconsistent quality products sold on price alone.

The Cronus name set out to re-establish branding in a market which has become increasingly generic. Since its launch, the Cronus brand has seen tremendous growth and is now a major part of SMI-LabHut's business.
